Dr. Shiva Prakash certified Yoga Instructor

Dr. Shiva Prakash is a National Yogi Yoga Awardee and has been certified as a “Yoga Instructor” by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship under Prime Minister Kousalya Vikas Yojana. 

His journey into yoga began during his high school days, where he
sought divine guidance from Yoga Master Ananth Kumar Swamiji. Dr.
Prakash has completed various training courses, including Teacher
Training at Swami Vivekananda Yoga Samsthana (SVYASA), Siddha
Samadhi Yoga (SSY), Pranic Healing, Sudarshana Kriya Yoga (Art of
Living), Kriya Yoga Training (Mahavatar Babaji), Vedanta Maharishi
Yoga, Siddha Kundalini Yoga, Sahaja Siddha Meditation, Heartfulness
Meditation, Shiva Yoga (Shivananda Babaji), and Anapanasati
Foundation Course by Pyramid Valley International.

Dr. Prakash has conducted seminars on yoga and personality
development in various schools, colleges, and research institutes. He has
also appeared on All India Radio and TV programs, including Kasturi
Channel’s Doctors Dairy program and DD Chandana’s Namskara Namma
Karnataka program on May 26, 2022.

He serves as a visiting faculty at Bangalore University’s Yoga Centre and is a committee member for International yoga in Bangalore.

Proficient in Yoga therapy, Energy management, Stress management, and Cosmic healing, Dr. Shiva Prakash currently conducts yoga classes at St. Sophia Convent High School, 2nd Stage, Nagarabhavi, Bangalore.
